I’m an individual that looks for positivity in all paths. I am punctual, goal-driven, looking for new good opportunities, eager to learn new things, passionate about the things that matter, and love being involved in any project implemented within the business especially that involves learning. Currently, I’m doing my second year of Bachelor of Commerce in Human Resource Management through MANCOSA and I’m working as a National Coordinator for Lafarge, I’m based in Longmeadow Head office of Lafarge. I’m looking forward to being hired by a big International or even National Company that will see and have faith in a young candidate like myself so I can bring my experience, change, and enthusiasm to the business

Experience

Sourcing service providers for external training interventions in collaboration with the Procurement Department and in accordance with procurement policy and procedure; this includes selection of service providers and negotiating costs  Coordinate the provision of learning & development interventions with service providers and monitor service delivery therein, addressing any issues of non-compliance and escalate when required.  Managing relationships with internal stakeholders (i.e. management, employees, subject matter experts, etc.) in the delivery of quality interventions  Manage relationships with external stakeholders (i.e. training service providers, SETAs, etc.) to ensure that quality learning & development interventions are provided to employees at all times.  Conducting Career Fair with Universities for Bursars and Interns  Assisting with recruitment of Grads and applying for MQA grants  Consolidating Monthly Improvement Plan Reports Managing new starter process for the Grads, ensuring accurate records are maintained,Perfoming data for and preparing management information reports as required  Liaising with Payroll regarding new starters leavers and other payroll related activities for the learners  Compiling Employment Equity Reports  Coordinating Corporate Induction for new employees and updating presentations (preparing logistics and accommodation)  Sourcing suppliers for different Learnerships programs  Handling plant queries in the training perspective  Getting involved in the HR/Communications projects that are implemented  Compiling SLP and Mining Charter reports  Creating Purchase Requisitions via SAP  Managing Training files manually and systematically  Managing expense claims  Updating training records/matrix  Engaging with external customers and internal customers regarding trainings to be implemented  Arranging meetings for all area Managers and booking venues , accommodation and transportation including training’s for the whole business nationwide

 Producing timeous reports on training interventions for Human Resources, Business Units, Employment Equity (EE), HR audit and BBBEE verification audits  Conducting training needs assessments through consultation with Business Unit Managers and the respective Executives to understand and identify learning & development requirements aligned to the objectives of each Business Unit  Recruiting Graduates and In-service students including PWD (People living with disabilities) programs  Presenting learning and development interventions to the Business Unit to prioritize interventions for the coming year.  Facilitating the scheduling and arranging of internal learning & development interventions, communicate training schedules to the relevant internal stakeholders and conduct follow-ups to ensure participants attend the training.
