Tracey Dutlow

I am a 24 year old South African, who has spent what feels like most of my years studying. I have an interest in the field of Psychology and I am on the last stretch of completing my Masters's qualification in Mental health promotion which entails various courses such as HR, project management, and economics, allowing for opportunity in corporate and the public sector. I have never been more eager to simultaneously work and interact with diverse groups of people alongside experiencing what this world has to offer. I would therefore describe myself as a passionate, hardworking, integerous individual who will accept opportunity to develop while impacting others. 

I have gained experience in sales while working in retail (Woolworths) and doing promotional work for a media company (Conde Nast) and Buff SA. I am currently working at Cascade Primary School and fulfill a leadership role in assisting with and coordinating the interns. Additionally, I assist with the Student Based Support Team (SBST), to identify any academic and emotional needs among learners and intervene as needed. I have been the Principal's assistant and have completed various admin tasks as well. 

Most recent is the Master's SocSci in mental health promotion. Majority of the degree can be describes as Community Psychology which allows the professional to work with the community members to collaboratively identify a need and intervene to meet the identified need. It entails modules such as project project management, economics and strategic leadership, to allow for vast opportunity in multiple professions, such as in HR, corporate, the public or private sector, including NPO's and NGO's
