I am Thulisile a qualified food technologist and quality management with 3 years of experience in food industry.Have knowledge and experience of HACCP ,Fssc 22000, Lean six sigma, IBL, IS0 9001,14001 and 45001.
currently working as a Quality controller at Rhodes food group .my personal attributes includes working hard, passionate, consistent, and disciplined.

Duties involved:
- Ensuring that all tasks set out by QA Manager are completed in the required time.
- Report all problems food safety related to the QA manager who will initiate and records
- Ensuring that CARs are completed and investigated by the responsible department.
- Document Control Management for Quality Assurance
- Assisting with external audit (foreign object)
- Ensuring that the technical management team is always up to date in respect to food .
- Check the pH of water daily (calibration)
- Completing daily sensory evaluation of water and finished product in the factory depending.
- Taking samples of water, air quality for micro-testing.
- Ensure compliance to ISO 9001 (QMS), ISO 22000 (FSMS), and IBL standard.
- Monitoring of glass and hard plastic within the plant and monitoring of quality standards the factory throughout the process.
- Daily verification of measuring and testing equipment
- Complete WIP and Finalized product assessment including taste panel.
- Monitoring of hygiene standards.
- Ensuring correct policies and procedure are followed within the factory
- Assessment of raw materials on delivery.
- Assessment of products at dispatch.
- Temperature monitoring throughout the factory
- Monitoring of foreign objects in the factory
- Monitoring of glass and hard plastic within the plant and monitoring of quality. standards of the factory throughout the process.
- Participate and support Company’s food safety and quality objectives.
- Monitor deep clean in the factory. Maintain cleaning standards as per the Company standard.
- Conduct daily inspections in the factory every morning to evaluate the standard.
