Bradley Nell

Having played sport from a young age, it’s been a huge passion of mine for as long as I can remember. 
It gives me great pleasure to work with people - as individuals and in the team environment, contributing to their success and helping them thrive.
I truly believe that people can express themselves through sport and that there are no limits to the extent at which they can do this.
During my time at The Boland Cricket Union, as the Strength & Conditioning Coach and Assistant Coach, I experienced how sport can unite people from vastly different backgrounds and upbringings. I believe that helping people to unite in the pursuit of a common goal is an invaluable experience that I have gained.

I am highly motivated and competitive,  and always striving to be progressive in my approach to High Performance, and all aspects of sport. 

I believe that if every individual/department is functionally optimally in a high performance culture, great things can be accomplished.  My dream is to play a part in such a setup.

I have 4 years and 8 months experience in Technical Support, Customer Service, Software Testing, Quality Assurance and Quality Control. My Customer Service experience includes remote support (TeamViewer), emails, phone calls, live chats and SuiteCRM. I have tested Windows, iOS and Android applications on a daily basis, from alpha versions to release candidate versions. 

My QC role was performed while manually testing doppler radars, along with the software. I have worked with engineers and software developers to improve applications. I pride myself on providing quality work and showing this through the quality of the applications and assisting customers in getting the best experience from their technology and products.

I have experience in working with and reporting to multiple teams including software developers, engineers, production teams, and various managers. These teams have been located in South Africa, Europe and the United States of America. I also have experience of working in the USA for two months, performing training in our Orlando office.
