I am a customer service professional for a UK based utilities company. I am looking to work on a cruise ship for the amazing experience and money it comes with. I have worked over a year in the costumer service department and have gained experience working with people. I have mastered great customer experience, leadership skills and problem solving.

I have worked around many positions even though I was hired under customer service, I improvised as a subject matter expert, helping my colleagues with less experience and also a quality assurance agency, monitoring calls by advisors.

I graduated highschool bachelor in 2018 and I am currently studying towards my bachelor's degree in Educational Studies.
