Janeta Nhangumbe

I am customer care agent with 4 years experience. Under custoner care, I work at Merchants under Vodacom campaign. I have prepaid, post paid, eservice, upgrade, retention and technical support skills. 

I am passionate about helping others, I enjoy learning. I enjoy working in a busy environment. 

Through my years in customer care, gained multiple skills like, communication, listening, computer,  multitasking, problem solving fast typing

Besides working at Merchants, I also worked at brenthurst hospital as a ward hostess. I left the hospital because I was releasing an agent who had gone for maternity leave. I also worked at president hyper, super care. I easly adapt to any job description and working environment. I'm always eager to learn.

I recently did supervisory management with Oxbridge. I did my NCV level 4 at South West college from 2015 to 2017.
