From 2012 to 2019, Tanya Graham worked at Comodex Pty Ltd as a presenter in training and performed administrative duties. She developed a horseman leadership engagement program that used horses to provide participants with a leadership immersive experience. She also had skills in presenting, coordinating, training, soft skills development, and administration.

From 2012 to 2015, Tanya Graham worked on the pilot Comodex Horseman Leadership program for Sasol Mining, catering to approximately 580 managers. She also had skills in management and project management.

From 2016 to 2019, Tanya Graham worked on the Comodex Horseman Leadership program for Anglo American Coal as an advisory team member and presenter. She focused on leadership engagement and catered to approximately 350 delegates.

In 2019, Tanya Graham became the director of Comodex EALD Pty Ltd. She was also an advisory team member and performed administrative duties for the Comodex Horseman Leadership program for Assmang Black Rock Manganese.

In 2020, Tanya Graham developed the Women In Power (WIP) program to empower women in the corporate environment. Approximately 100 women have participated in the program.
