I've been in the L&D space for over 10 years and I'm passionate about learning and development, empowering people with knowledge and setting learners up for success. I enjoy a challenge and thrive to deadlines. I take accountability for my work and live with honesty and integrity. I'm an excellent communicator and enjoy working in a team and individually. I currently specialise in designing and developing eLearning material in an agile environment. I enjoy taking a complex or technical piece of information and simplifying it, based on the target audience's needs. I keep relevant in the industry and always find creative ways to design new content.
             

• Apply the SAM model for the design and development of all eLearning courses
• Design storyboards for narratives, exploratory learning, videos, branching scenarios, step-by-step lessons, and assessments
• Write audio and video scripts
• Design, develop and direct the development of e-learning modules using adult learning principles to align with the learning objectives.
• Create modules for ThoroughTec's clients to read in order to learn
• Provide vision and direction to the development of eLearning modules
• Work closely with project stakeholders, i.e. Subject Matter Experts (SME), Project Managers, and Department Managers
• Work with a cross-functional team to deliver an eLearning package consisting of high-quality media assets
• Assess value, develop cases, and prioritise learning outcomes to ensure maximum value is aligned with product and learning strategy
• Voice-over recordings for all video lessons and branching scenarios
• Inserting and editing voice-over recordings into Lectora
