Nyiko Nkhwashu

I am a hardworking , passionate and determined person that wants to be given a chance to show how much I have learnt while I was at school. It has always been my dream to work as a chef from a young age , my passion for cooking started when I used to watch my grandmother bake and when my mother made meals using the little ingredients that she had . I eventually enjoyed watching Jamie oliver , Zola Nene , Gordon Ramsay and Bobby flay cook up a storm in their kitchen shows. I recently completed my course in Hospitality and catering and would like to learn more

While at college we had the opportunity to do our practicals and learn how to prepare different dishes and we learnt all about the origins of those dishes we had prepared 

I attended at Gauteng Central College in Pretoria where I obtained my certificates . I completed my N4 -N6
