• More than 20 years’ experience in the field of welding, boiler making, manufacturing, supervision and quality in Petrol Chemical and Coal Fire Plants. (Plate work, Structures, Piping and Vessels)
• Worked 12 years as a coded welder (Tig & Smaw process), Boilermaker and Supervision.
• Good understanding of most NDT processes (PT, MT, UT, Harness, PMI, and X-rays).
• I have extensive experience in the following codes and standards. EN13480; EN12952; EN13445; EN4994; EN1993; EN10216-2; EN10204-3.2; EN15609-1&2; EN9606; EN287; EN15614; ASME IX; ASME VIII; AWS.D1.1; EN12944; SANS1200; PD5500; PER; PED; SANS347; OHS ACT; SANS10160; ISO3834; ISO9001; DVS2205.
• Registered with the “International Institute of Welding” as an International Welding Inspector.
