I thrive to meet deadline and do not crack under pressure. I a great team leader and I strongly believe in help building teams that are sustainable teams. I am very attentive to details and result oriented. I am always willing to learn new things (systems, ways of doing things and procedures) and explore new places. I am innovative as I believe in change and in enhancing and streamlining processes, procedures and systems. I do not subscribe to comfort zone, it makes me extremely uncomfortable.
