My name is Sumaya Hoosen. I have over 20 years’ experience, most of which has been in the HR field and I have worked at most of the larger manufacturing and cement mining companies in South Africa. I have specialized in the fields of organizational development, succession and talent management, learning and career development, strategic planning and implementation, creating capacity and direction within the organizational performance environment for various organizations, divisions and units.

My passion is innovation and entrepreneurship, organizational and leadership development, organizational culture formation, change and development, with a focus on talent management and creating organizational capacity aligned to strategic direction. I enjoy developing and spearheading projects that challenge the status quo and pioneer opportunities for new businesses or new ways of doing business.
