I am a people specialist with demonstrated success in providing HR / people guidance to support agile and ever-changing business priorities. I focus on and develop appropriate strategies, policies, and procedures to ensure people are energized, happy, growing, motivated and engaged.
I have been strategic counsel to management and leaders of the business and have been responsible for all areas of the employee lifecycle including hiring, onboarding, performance management, termination, off-boarding, mutual separations, learning and development, policies development, procedures, and contract management.
