•Invoice capturing and payment processing.
•S&T Checks and Processing.
•Supplier Reconciliation.
•GRV for Evaluation and Checklist.
•Payment posting, allocation of accounts and run remittance.
•Invoice tracker & Invoice Report.
•Leadschedules.
•Generating Debtor’s invoices, Statements and Monitor Age analysis on Sage.
•Adding Asset Custodians on Sage.
•Managing Cashbook.
•Bank Reconciliation.
•Rental Allocation.
•Asset Count, Adding new assets on sage & Assets tagging.
•Re-allocation of transactions to correct accounts.
•Processing Foreign payment.
•Asset Disposal.
•Processing Petty Cash.
Production
•Updating Project register from Film Fund.
•Uploading invoices for payment on sage.
•Reviewing cash book and record all projects received per month.
•Follow up on project that are problematic and finalise their recons.
•Act swiftly in responding to queries and engage with film makers.
•Action list- Follow up on all matters arising.
•Preparing Cost Report for Factual Portfolio and Marketing festivals.
•Ensure all projects spend 50% in KZN and have 0% variance for all funds received.
•Monitoring unauthorized or unbudgeted expenditure.
•Examining the contract, addendum & the budget before constructing a report.
•Presenting the beneficiaries manual in deal memo meetings.
•Preparing Jobs Created by collecting data for crew paid in each project.
•Assist in Preparing the KZNFC’s annual financial statements for auditing purposes.
Education
Diploma in Public Finance & Accounting
Public financial management act (PFMA) which provides assurance that all revenue, expenditure, assets and liabilities of those governments are managed efficiently and effectively. As well as accounting standards in accordance with IFRS.
