Responsible for maintaining conveyor Belt scales by  calibrating at least thrice a week.
• Ensure that they are updated and performs to a maximum and reliable.
• Ensure the tacho meter is correctly Measuring speed.
• Dust and clean the Unipro Calibrate The weigh feeders once a week.
• Responsible for maintaining pressure instruments in the Gas, temperature, and flow instruments.
• Maintaining, repairing and install control valves that controls gas flow and steam flow
• Assist with comprehensive maintenance program to ensure equipment availability.
• Assist fellow artisans during breakdowns and preventative maintenance.
• Maintain high standard of housekeeping and safety in area of work.

I am qualified instrument mechanician, I have worked in mining sector underground coal mining and steel manufacture. M duties includes but not limited to Troubleshooting, calibrations, maintenance and overhauling of field instruments equipment's ranging from control valves and actuators. Maintain flow and temperature instruments.
