I am a young woman, jovis, enthusiastic, energetic self driven and passionate about the hospitality industry. Given the opportunity to prove myself would be a great opportunity for me to grow in the industry. 

I have learned the diversity within the industry. Dealing with different types of people from different backgrounds, culture and values has thought me alot and humbling myself. Dealing with difficult guest's/clients that make you think on your feet and finding solution as as possible. Understanding the time and energy that is needed and availing myself when necessary.
