- Deal with customers/ clients. Reception, Typing, registration and transport arrangements and also process payments.

- Documenting schedules and managing calendars for multiple events to ensure that activities are properly arranged with no misunderstanding.

- Verify claim documents as per standard procedure
- Submit all claims to underwriters and all documentation requested.
