• Set project standards, specifications and service levels according to organizational objectives to ensure optimum operational availability, develop quality standards, and ensure adherence.
• Manage and oversee all aspects of the projects in support of the management of capital and technical projects.
• Apply principles and processes in providing customer services, assessing customer needs, meeting quality standards for services, and evaluating customer satisfaction.
• Provide social facilitation to human settlements beneficiaries.
• Implement applicable programmes and campaigns to educate and empower people on their rights and responsibilities regarding housing.

• Manage proper implementation of Human Settlements development in respect of partnerships and community development.
