About Shola kamille Govender:

Good Day, 

I currently work as an Executive Administrator. (2 years)  My main roles include overseeing head office tasks and requests sent by other branches, compiling data from various departments. Overseeing sales, billings, debtors and service departments daily figures and incoming revenue. 

Below is a brief overview of other responsibilities that I have been entrusted with:
 

Marketing Department: Currently assisting in marketing, familiar in creating and analysing an effective campaign for adequate target audience.
 

Administration: Able to plan executive schedules and coordinate administrative tasks. Whilst maintaining excellent performance on general office admin duties. 
 

Project Planning and tracking: Creating key milestones and performance indicators.
 

Fleet Management: Ensuring proper maintenance of vehicles all round, from fuel and licenses to servicing and branding
 

Company Acquisitions & Supplier Sourcing: Able to careful and swiftly examine new suppliers and build new relationships with other businesses to ensure greater turn around time
 

Uniform & Equipment: Able to keep a track record of uniform and assets to ensure no loss or misplacement. Procurement of quality materials and equipment.
 

Processes & Reports: Using Excel and other systems to consolidate reports and populate information.
 

Customer Complaints and Queries Management: With the use of a Matrix, a carefully structured process was created to to ensure all customers needs were addressed timeously
 

Facilities: Ensuring that the office was kept to a neat and clean environment for all staff to work in as well as Handling of office maintenance.
 

Company Events: Carefully coordinated and planned corporate company events and Staff functions
 

Other: Conduct frequent audits and recons of all assets (fleet, kits, equipment, radios, uniform, etc) which have been brought into our warehouses (BPO, Digital Cabinet as well as the physical warehouse)

Education

I am currently studying Bcom Law through the University of South Africa. 
 

I do not find any complication in balancing my work and my studies. 
 

Balancing Between my studies and work has helped me develop proper time management, which aids my work tasks and produces exceptional results.
