I’m currently a third level (tier III) Desktop Engineer at South African Reserve Bank since April 2018. I provide specialized technical expertise and recommendations on user software and hardware in different sectors from interns to executives. I am a self-starter with the ability to function independently and also in a team while building and managing relationships. 

• Providing high end support to software, hardware, virtual machines (VDI) and peripherals.
• Providing third line support on Microsoft office 2019 and 365 application, Windows 10 and 11 Operating system while ensuring its optimum availability and performance.
• Troubleshooting problem areas and perform root cause analysis in a timely and accurate manner.
• Configure, test, investigate and deploy applications.
• Proactively monitor and report on Microsoft 365 products and other applications for their availability and reliability.
• Prioritize and execute tasks in a high-pressure environment.
• Develop, maintain and document technical standards, procedures, user guides, standard operating procedures, instructional documents etc. relating to the Microsoft 365 products and services according to best practice to ensure continuity.
