I am a professional individual who has been in the customer service industry for over 20years. I was in training department for one of the biggest fast-food chains in the country. My passion is to Train and Develop people in ensuring that operational processes are adhered to. in my area, I have managed to put Training processes in place and ensuring that all senior managers adhere with standards with the standards the company has put in place.
