With my current Job as a monitoring center associate, I am able to work under pressure and handle emergencies with ease and calmness. In my previous work as a call center agent it has taught me how to be patient and work as a team player. Being an admin clerk at Provincial treasury has trained and a data capture at Stats SA prepared me on how to wok at the right pace reach targets.

With my ability to consistently deliver a high quality rate of customer service and working experience I believe I am the best candidate for the position.

I have worked as an admin clerk at Provincial treasury, I have worked as a receptionist at Virgin Active, I have a call center experience from working at Telkom SA and From Tats SA, I also have also acted  as a Personal assistant to the Executive manager at Stats SA, I also assisted as a data capture on another department. I am now working as a monitoring center associate at Fidelity-Adt.
