SCHALK DIPPENAAR

I am an experienced investigator with over 30 years of investigation skills. I have experience in the investigation of all crimes and specialize in commercial fraud and related cases. This includes financial crime investigations. I am accredited as a qualified investigator by the Council of International Investigators in the USA. I have experience in the investigation of crimes internationally and have a Unisa qualification in Forensic and Investigative Auditing. I am also registered with PSIRA as an investigator. I was a detective in the South African Police Services for 20 years and was the lead fraud investigator at my branch. I have experience in disciplinary proceedings and have extensive experience in testifying in criminal courts, in South Africa and abroad. I have also dealt with the CCMA in the past. I consider myself a professional investigator with vast knowledge of the criminal law and the criminal procedure act.

I have over 20 years of experience as a detective in the SAPS. I have worked as an Investigations manager in the private sector and currently am a director of an investigation and security company. 

I also had roles as a General Manager of two other companies in the hospitality and transport sector.

I was a qualified and trained detective in the SAPS and have done numerous courses in fraud and investigation in my time in the SAPS.

I also have a certificate obtained through Unisa in Forensic and Investigative auditing.
