Shift Manager / Production Floor Manager

Assistance in monthly stock take and stock control. - Monitoring all proses with in standards of client’s specification - Meeting production goals and targets on a daily basis. - Leading daily meeting, giving training to fellow staff regarding toolbox talks - Project revenue and costs are managed in accordance with budget, so that gross profit is achieved. - Efficient control over all food, raw or cooked, operating of all equipment as assets for safeguard. - Adhering to all standard policy and procedures as per stated by the company. - Signing off relevant documentation, raw material issue sheet, recipes in process, batch release and despatch sheet. - Monitoring all proses within standards of client’s specification from incoming raw products to final cooked meals.

Despatch Manager 

Despatching all per packed cooked foods as per SOP (Standard Operating Procedure) as per HACCP & ISO 22000. - Loading and packing of export containers as per lot numbers. (+- 4 containers a month). - Daily basis despatching fleet vehicles to major retailers (Shoprite, Pick & Pay & Checkers.) - Submitting monthly fuel check sheet (4 tonners and LDV’s)
