About Sanet Geldenhuys:

Well qualified and has extensive working experience in the wildlife economy, of which ecotourism is one part of the value chain. Able to strategise, plan, report, do and check - and ultimately to ensure a sustainable business / operations. Although my resume is more from a management consultant perspective, I know what a tourist wants (am well travelled) which experience can be translated into the GM role advertised. I have consulted for various resorts and lodges, for instance, Namibia Wildlife Resorts with their business and operational planning and helped them to turn-around their business in a short period of time. Due to years of experience I will be able to add value to expand your brand and to manage satisfactory service delivery to your guests.

• Developed the Game Meat Strategy for South Africa
• Study on Rail Revenue Collection (Namibia)
• Stream lead that assessed the Organisational Performance of six Municipalities 
• Boegoebaai Deep Water Port Feasibility (Bankable Feasibility)
• Policy / Procedure Development (Human Resources and Finance related Policies and SOPs)
• Determine the Cost of Doing Business / Landed Value of 4 Fish Species (Namibia)
• Market Study for a Fuel / Retail Outlet (Namibia)
• Translated NWR 5-year Strategic Plan into a: Bankable Business Plan, Financial Model, Inputs into Marketing Strategy linked to ISBP, Presented NWR’s case during meetings with the Development Bank of Namibia ito debt restructuring
• Monitoring and Evaluation (M&E) of Business Performance (Namibia) for the Development Bank of Namibia in relation to their investment into Mango Guesthouse, Ongwediva
• Technical, regulatory and policy frameworks, operational and financial feasibility study for an integrated Poultry Farm (Namibia)
• Development of the Namibian Leather Sector Growth Strategy
