About Sanelisiwe Khuzwayo:

My name is Sanelisiwe Khuzwayo and I am a Quality Assurance and Insights agent.

I have worked in both local and international campaigns as a Quality Assessor, Customer service and Sales agent in both voice and Webchat.

I would love to join your establishment as I am looking for an environment with stability and where I can grow an reach my full potential while sharing my skills and knowledge from my experience gained, with my fellow colleagues.

I have a good understanding of the UK culture as I have worked as a QA for SSE which is, or was, one of Britain's big 5 enengery providers. I have also worked as a Customer service agent for Talk Talk. This all means that, although training will be needed, at least I have a good idea on what the people of Britain actually expect and need.

I would love this opportunity as I think I am the best candidate for this position offered.
