Sanelisiwe Gade

I am an admitted Attorney of the High Court and have worked as such at Legal Aid SA on a contract basis for six months. My work experience includes five years’ post-graduation work in litigious roles in criminal law, civil law and Road Accident Fund claims.  Having worked at Legal Aid SA, I have learnt to work under pressure and independently, researching legislation and case law relating to different aspects of the Law on a case by case basis.  My work experience has sharpened my ability to provide quality legal service to clients, draft legal documents and deal with other litigious matters. 

I was employed as a Candidate Attorney at Boshoff Njokweni Attorneys in 2018 - 2020. In May of 2020, I was employed at Legal Aid SA for a further two years where I completed my Articles. My most recent work experience was at Legal Aid SA as a District Court Legal Practitioner covering the Child Justice Court and Bail Court. 

I passed my LLB Degree from the University of the Western Cape
