I hold BCom in Information System in NMU graduated in 2005. I also recently completed in Generic Management in Banking under Bank Seta in November  2023.

I have 17 years in Banking experience, 6 years in Business Sector in First National Bank as a Business Analyst and then Relationship Manager.  I joined Capitec Bank in 2012 and has been a Regional Manager since 2015.

Current roles include and not limited to below: 

1. Overseeing 7 branches per region and  have managed branches in the Transkie region, the furthest being Mount Frere to Butterworth, inclusive of Cofimvaba, Ngcobo, Elliottdale and Mqanduli.
2. Ensuring budgets are met quarterly on all sales KPI
3. Ensuring headcount budgets are met for planning
4. Supporting Branch Managers in all Employee Relations concerns
5. Chairing and initiating disciplinary cases
6. Monthly report submission and submission of strategic plans to ensure sales targets are met
7. Reporting to Business Manager and devising strategic plans and review of implementation
