    Description

    RCL Foods is recruiting for a driven, highly energized, people orientated
    HR Practitioner within the baking business unit.


    The suitable candidate will be required to ensure effective Human Resources support to the business units/factories through adequate delivery of HR Services, practices, procedures.

    Establishment of broad human resource management systems and practices and provision of advice to business unit management and employees. The role services all sites.

    This role will be based in
    Durban and reporting to the HRBP.
