• Implemented SAA’s Electronic Flight Bag Solutions with a cost

reduction of 40%.

• Planned and initiated an enterprise Zero Touch Deployment IT

strategy that improved operational efficiency by 45%.

• Renegotiated the 2014 Microsoft Enterprise Agreement contract

with 34% discounts on level C pricing which saved SAA 300 thousand rand

over a 3-year period.

Planned and delivered, SAA’s first ever Thin Client Solution

• Renegotiated the Edcon Desktop Service contract with savings of

440 million rand over a 5-year period with cost reduction of 66% on the

new contract.

• Received Edcon CEO award for bringing the Edcon Store

Operability up from 80% to 95%.

• Development and automation implementation of an IT Charge-

Back model to recover IT costs from the business.

• Implemented a Managed Print Solution resulting in millions of Rands

of costs savings for the Company.

• Established an IT Governance framework including the creation
