Rethabile Ntlatleng is a Senior Knowledge Manager. With a career spanning over 15 years, she has observed first-hand the impact of effective knowledge management and strategy on innovation and business growth. She has built a strong foundation for her work - a balance between collaboration and decisive action. Rethabile has
several successful projects under her belt, working with a variety of stakeholders, creating advanced cross-functional teams. Taking her observations into practice, she has influenced the catalytic growth and development of high-value organisations like Absa Bank, Mercantile Bank, Accenture, the South African Revenue Service (SARS) and now the Development Bank of Southern Africa. She believes in knowledge management that creates value for businesses and is passionate about coming up with innovative solutions, creating effective and conducive
knowledge-sharing platforms and knowledge assets. As a Knowledge Manager, I help organisations and institutions assess their learning and knowledge management needs, and develop strategies to meet those needs, by identifying and obtaining required resources. I structure my work around a conscious process of defining, structuring, retaining and sharing knowledge and experience with the ultimate aim of boosting efficiency, retaining knowledge and creating a learning organisation.
