Reginald Tembani Radebe hold two degrees, diploma, and certificates from different institutions. I am currently an educator for 8 years. I am the classroom manager and member of various committees such as health and maintenance. Previously worked at Avusa media (Prime Media) for 5 years as a Subscription administrator. As my work experience indicates, throughout the years, I have refined my ability to transform ideas and concepts into concrete material. I also can provide strategic leadership, improve circumstances through creative problem solving, easily adapting in a new environment. Recently acquired University of Cape Town occupational health and safety certificate.I am looking for change in career.

• Knowledge acquired at the University of Cape town relating to OHS has equipped me with relevant South African OHS legislation, applicable South African national standard (SANS) and associated OHS standard. Abreast with OHS act 85 of 1993 in terms of risk management, managing hazards, implement and manage comprehensive health and safety programs, policies, and procedures as well as prevention and managing fires and controls.
• Learn the skills of undertaking of pro-active and reactive internal safety audits as the member of safety committee in the school.
• Develop strategies and plans to meet OHS objectives and continuous improvement.

• As an educator for more than eight years I can facilitate, present, assess and conduct training sessions.
• I have administrative skills for 5 years maintaining records and documentations, keep registers, checklists and coordinate departmental meetings.
