With over 15 years working as an Office Administrator for corporate to family-owned companies, I am certain that my skills and knowledge acquired over the years will prove to be beneficial for your company. I am highly experienced in setting up office procedures for new corporations.
In my last job, I was responsible for petty cash and had control over the company’s credit cards. The credit cards were used for shopping for customer and office supplies as well as for travelling purposes. In previous positions, I captured invoices on SAP BW up to goods receipt and ordered stationery and office equipment online as well as numerous personal assistant tasks.

Over 15 years of experience as an Executive Assistant and have Health and Safety certificates as well as completed my Lead Auditors Course ISO:9001 QMS at the Midrand Institute for Quality Management.
Booked travel through dedicated travel agents.
Booked meeting rooms, filed (electronic and hard copies), took minutes, typed ad-hoc documents i.e. CVs, and letters to service providers, ordered stock and created PowerPoint slides for Harmony Mine.
