Customer service representative good in resolving queries and maintainin  a professional environment. The ability to negotiate and increase revenue by creating opportunities based on customers needs. I am a hard worker and able to multi task and work well under pressure. 

Experience

I have worked at a roofing academy back in 2022 that was a great experience. Doing administration as a assistant was a great opportunity and thought me more of to handle database. However it ended sooner then expected and luckily I was accepted at Merchants Comcast BPO in 2023 where I managed to gain more and better customer service experience. I learned how to uphold KPI performance in increasing revenue but also a professional environment with customers. I am a fast learner and can think on my feet.

Education

I graduated from high school in 2021 from Noordgesig Secondary school.  I  obtained a bachelor's degree and right after headed straight into the working environment as of 2022
