- Assisting with managing strategic accounts and service desk functions. Ensuring all tasks are handled within the Service Level Agreement.
- Working alongside sales, technical support, and product teams to provide a well-rounded service experience to customers internally and externally.
- Being responsible for promoting, training, and directing customer traffic toward the self-service platforms

- National Certificate : Contact Centre and Business Process Outsourcing Support (NQF Level 3)
- Diploma in Accountancy
