I have over 10 years experience in banking industry. Completed Operational Banking Certificate NQF level 5 through Cornerstone. Financial Management N4 Certificate. Worked as a Branch ambassador got promoted to Service Consultant. Skills acquired: communication as I was doing presentations and engaging with clients daily, planning, organizing and coordinating.

 Leadership as I take responsibility for the branch in the absence of the manager.

 Problem solving: I have the ability of analyzing issues, make sound decisions and overcome the problem.

 Teamwork: I enjoy working and collaborating with my team members.

Digital Technology

My professional employment started with Capitec bank in 2010 when I joined the company. I started as a Brand Ambassador: My role was to educated customers on product features and answered questions regarding product use. Assisted customers with product selection based on individual needs and preferences. Engaged customers to communicate key product features. Demonstrated products to customers to illustrate features, advantages and benefits.

In 2012 I got a promotion of being a Service Consultant to date. My current role is to provide excellent client service by fulfilling their expressed need. Accurately and timeously gather and capture client information for loan approvals and conduct deposit/enquiry transactions. Responsible for maintaining skills, knowledge and competency in order to sell the products in the interest of the client. Presenting and conducting self in accordance with Brand expectations.
