I am a performance-driven individual with a BA Degree in Development and Management, focused in Public Management with a focus on Human Resources Management and Labour Relations. Throughout my career, I have accumulated experience in administrative assistance and customer service. I take pride in my ability to pay attention to detail and consistently deliver results.

Over the course of five years, I have gained valuable experience, including two years in the HR discipline within the SABPP Student Chapter and three years in customer service and administration.

I am very passionate about sales and team leading towards a common target. I love the energy drive and concentration that they take from me.

My skill set encompasses various areas, such as ensuring customer satisfaction, providing support, leading and managing teams, building relationships, utilizing MS Excel and CRM systems, overseeing POS installation and management, effectively handling objections, maintaining strong interpersonal communication, delivering impactful presentations, implementing efficient sales processes, managing time effectively, and utilizing the Bitrix system.

I completed my matric with a Bachelor grade and my highest qualification is a BA degree in Development and Management from the North West University, Potchefstroom.
