Good day, 

I am writing this letter in order to introduce myself, as well as express my motivation for wanting to apply for this opportunity. My name is Prakashan Dawnarain, and I currently reside in Johannesburg.

I am currently employed at 5ca (Secretlab) as a Customer Support Specialist via email, social media and in-app support, my role and responsibilities are to manage customer relations with effective and timeous communication. Assisting customers with deliveries and logistic issues by liaising with the logistic team, help customers resolve warranty or technical issue, returns, refunds and general queries.

Being in this role, has developed my soft skills in terms of communication (both verbally & via written communication), and has resulted in my keen ability to multitask, quickly summarise outcomes, escalate matters where necessary, combined with developing action trackers (including milestones) and ensuring that there is traction across the board.

I would like to highlight that I am of good health, with sober habits and I am willing to make personal sacrifices in terms of my time and be available as is required. I value integrity, honesty, reliability and commitment and I ensure to exhibit these values when handling any task.

All of the abovementioned skills are ones, which are easily transferable, coupled with being a quick learner, resourceful and very organized with the time management skills to prioritise tasks and resolve them efficiently. I am comfortable with technology use and am able to utilise computers for record keeping and correspondence. Above all my customer service communication and interpersonal skills are excellent allowing me to interact professionally and to respond appropriately to customer issues.
