I  completed my National Diploma in Mechanical Engineering at the University of Johannesburg. 

Currently, I am working as a Sales Manager for a large manufacturing company. My main duty is managing the sales team to deliver maximum profitability to our business.

My first job was as a Trainee Effective Maintenance Technician for Unilever Liquids. In this role, my main responsibility was conducting focused improvements around the plant preventing major losses. I worked with plant equipment such as sensors, pumps, valves, ac motors, flow meters, vsd etc. 

My second role was working as a Sales Engineer for a dosing pump company. We sold chemical dosing and transfer pumps to a variety of customers. We also sold associated equipment such as flow meters, PRVs, controlling equipment, and the like.

I then decided it was time to learn more about engineering software to diversify my skills. I moved to a Physical Asset Management consultancy called Pragma. I worked as a Solutions Specialist, selling physical asset management software and associated services. We also got involved in IIoT projects.
