With a Bachelor of Business Administration in Accounting and relevant working experience, I am a Certified Internal Auditor with an aptitude for analyzing financial data, implementing rigorous financial controls and ensuring well-planned audit operations. I am an analytically minded and meticulous professional who is adaptable to any organisation that requires my expertise. I am driven by achieving company and client objectives, with expertise based in over 20 years’ experience in identifying and resolving complex issues critical to clients' strategic and operating success. 

In addition, I have been an active member of Audit Committee and have consulted for various organisations on Internal Controls, Governance and Risk Management. I possess extensive experience in directing a range of functional and operational internal audits, as well as establishing corporate audit strategies, facilitating operational efficiency and enhancing internal controls. I excel in developing and introducing new policies and procedures to optimise process efficiency and ensure compliance, as well as training staff to increase technical skills and enhance overall operations and performance. 

I effectively engage all stakeholders to actively identify risks, controls and gaps within processes and then identify ways to solve problems and increase compliance. I present strong time management abilities, organisational skills and self-discipline, which enables me to gain valued trust across various levels within an organisation. I possess the ability to coordinate and lead teams, providing coaching and mentorship to ensure a thorough understanding of client requirements and the tasks at hand and facilitate flawless execution of audit engagements.

I have more than 20 years of experience as an Internal Auditor.  I  have experience in the Financial services , Government , Education and also in the oil industry . I m ready for any challenge in the internal auditing and i know with my experience , I will perform to my out most abilities. 

I have a degree in accounting from Andrews university USA and I m CIA qualified.  I m currently busy with my Masters degree in Internal auditing with the University of Pretoria.
