 I am a trained and experienced manager. I’ve worked in the financial services industry for the better part of my career from the bottom ladder as a trainee sales consultant to management. 
I possess strong leadership skills honed in both corporate and community/political environment. 
I have strong facilitation skills. 
I have a never die entrepreneural spirit that drives me to take up any project, be it a start up or established and make it a success. 
I have worked for Companies such as  Absa (Micro Lending and AVAF), Capitec Bank, Nedbank(Micro Lendin).

My sales experience includes marketing products such as Medical aid, Loans, funeral policies, Life cover, Investments and retirement savings. I’ve had an opportunity to market  Discovery, Momentum, Liberty and Old Mutual products. 

 I have had a stint in Politics first as a Provincial lead Coordinator for the Democratic Allianc in Mpumalanga and later as Municipal Councillor at Bushbuckridge Local Municipality. 

I’m currently a post graduate student in the area of Corporate governance. I also have advanced certificate in governance and administration with public sector focus. 
I hold a Bachelors degree with Majors in Psychology and Sociology. I hold a qualification in Insurance and risk Management. 

My next goal is to complete a PGD in financial planning and then an MBA.
