From 2016 to 2019 I was a procurement buyer at Sasol Synfuels I maintained key item stock levels and wrote or expedited order, creating RFQ'S , Placing orders with suppliers.

2019 to May 2023 Monitoring all relevant projects on ARIBA, Filling of all project data within project file, Electronically and manually as well as Archiving of project file. Kept projects on schedule by managing deadlines and adjusting workflows

June 2023 till present Screened and transferred incoming calls, too down messages and transmitted information and documents to internal personnel. Collected, Validated and distributed information to employees.

I am currently studying at UNISA doing higher certificate in Records and Archives Management
