receiving the remittance advices. Obtaining funder remittance on regular basic from
scheme websites. Regular follow up with medical schemes and patients
regarding patient liability outstanding balance - follow
credit cycle standard operating procedures. Professional a d efficient handling of telephonic and
email account enquiries from patients, practices and
funds. Sending monthly statements via Vericlaim system to
patients. Ensure all practice policies and procedures are
maintained and adhere to.
