In 2020, I was appointed to an entry-level position at Nedbank, further developing my skills in client support, operations, and service delivery. In 2021, I was promoted to the role of Sales and Service Consultant, where I was responsible for assisting clients with banking solutions, meeting sales targets, and delivering high-quality customer experiences.
