Carry out Troubleshooting and configuration of Mix Fleet units.  Provide Technical support Help desk to customers (internal & external) and technicians.  Respond to the incoming telephone and ticket system to resolve technical queries.  Create & Amend configurations settings (Remove or add events, Peripheral, devices etc) as per the client's specifications.  Perform customer relationship management to ensure all existing customers receive differentiated service excellence.  Perform proactive diagnostic & health check of Mix units.  Ensure technical issues are identified and resolved promptly.  Follow up on all escalated queries raised to ensure all cases/ queries are resolved within 48 hours.  Perform any related duties assigned by Managemen
