About Pule Mafojane:

I am a dedicated and safety-conscious Fleet Manager with 
extensive experience in the logistics and fuel transportation 
industry. Over the years, I have progressed from an Office 
Administrator and Safety Officer to Fleet Controller, and now 
serve as Fleet Manager at Lephuthing and 3 Daughters Hauliers. 
In these roles, I have developed strong capabilities in overseeing 
fleet operations, supervising drivers, coordinating logistics, and 
ensuring compliance with safety and regulatory standards. I am 
skilled in route optimization, fuel tracking, cost control, vehicle 
maintenance scheduling, and incident management. My 
qualifications in fire fighting, first aid, SHE (Safety, Health, and 
Environmental) representation, and incident investigation 
further support my commitment to operational safety and 
efficiency having worked transporting products for companies such as Sasol who hold 
transporters to the highest standards. I take pride in using data-driven insights to improve 
processes and ensure high standards in service delivery and workplace safety.
