I am very interested in applying for a position as an online teacher,given my experience in staff training,and given my passion and enjoyment of watching someone of any age ,learn and grasp a new concept.

I would like if possible, to use my extensive retail back round and experience to possibly teach young business professionals .

I however I am not adverse to teaching any age group, as I have an altruistic desire to give of my self and my knowledge,

 120 hour TEFL/TESOL Course completed with Lead academy   FMCG Retail Branch and Assistant Branch manager with 18 years experience as well as initial grounding in restaurant and catering management.  Trained chairman and initiator for disciplinary enquiry s  Staff training ,Evaluation of staff and management performance  Responsible for overall staff communication,brand motivation training and up programs  Health and safety training in retail environment (audited)  Food safety training (audited)  The ability to make on the spot decisions and problem solving, taking initiative and having a sense of urgency..  Strong interpersonal skills in multi racial and union environment  Company goals and profit orientated
