I am a 31 year old adult colored woman who has been an admitted attorney since April 2014 and have been the Office manager of my current firm since 2019 and have been Litigating since the start of my articles in 2014. 

I am motivated, hardworking, and results-driven legal professional who is able to work independently, this is shown in the fact that I have not only managed to grasp different fields of law but also that I have successfully done so.

I can manage a high volume of work and I can deal with a variety of clients and have an adaptive personality; I aim at creating a trusting bond between myself and clients on a professional level.

I am not afraid to try new things and test my knowledge in the legal field. I find myself always eager to learn and broaden my understanding of law and my ability to work effectively with favourable results.

My experience in sales and retail has made me versatile when dealing with people and improved my interpersonal skill. This is used in my day to day practice as an attorney.

I successfully and independently carry out Civil litigation, from drafting, filing, and mediating in various civil matters including Evictions; Rescission applications; Application for Appointment of Receivers. 

Claiming and retrieving Damages with the possible best outcome for my clients.

When needed researched, conferred, and worked together with learned colleagues to resolve matters effectively and objectively.

1. CRIMINAL LITIGATION

With confidence and result driven I have performed opposed and

unopposed Bail applications focusing on the interest of justice and my client’s.

Biggest part of my litigation has dealt with assault common and assault GBH, Domestic violence and Harassment proceedings and have received favourable outcomes.

1. ADMINSTRATION OF ESTATES

Able to independently Administrate of Deceased Estates from the start to its conclusion.

1. LEADERSHIP ROLE

I have been managing one of my current firms office in Mitchells Plain, I have successfully brought in new clients and created an environment that encourages growth. I am able to delegate and provide support and guidance when needed.

I am Hard working and an asset to any company with a wide variety of knowledge and experience.
