I am a seasoned programme operations and community development leader with over 15 years of experience across the education, humanitarian, and non-profit sectors in South Africa. My career reflects progressive leadership in managing multi-site programmes, driving organisational strategy, and delivering community-based solutions in both urban and rural settings.

Programme Manager (National) – IkamvaYouth (2016–2025):
Oversaw national programme delivery across five provinces, led strategic planning, budget management, M&E systems, donor reporting, and managed a multi-disciplinary team. Successfully launched new branches and piloted innovative education interventions.

National Coordinator – IkamvaYouth (2015–2016):
Led HR functions, contractual compliance, and scaling of operations. Played a key role in stakeholder engagement and donor relationship management.

District Coordinator – IkamvaYouth (2012–2014):
Opened and managed new branches, oversaw fundraising, HR, and local operations.

Project Manager – CARE Germany (2010–2012):
Implemented the “Sports for Social Change” project, managed finances and local partnerships, and liaised with international stakeholders.
