I have been exposed to the Administration and Operations industry working in Medical aid administration and a professional body. As a Service manager, I managed a team of Claims and Clinical Auditing, Records and Document Management, Premium and Membership department, Query resolution as well as the Distribution and Facilities management when I was employed by Transnet (Transmed), Metropolitan Health Group, and Momentum Metropolitan Holdings.
